Simsal's specific business activities in the regions are as follows:
- Development, reactivation and recultivation of agricultural production areas on a large scale, including fallow land after industrial over-cultivation and desertification and including steppes and deserts, with the creation of natural fertility through soil enrichment, irrigation and protection against erosion and desiccation.
- agricultural production of food and renewable raw materials explicitly and exclusively in a consistent circular economy, including the processing industries.
- Enabling regional self-sufficiency under conditions of solidarity, fairness and economic attractiveness for all.
- Targeted trade to compensate for regional differences in potential.
Creating GREAT WIN-WIN-WIN BY Renewables
Simsal always recognizes 3 contribution groups:
Climate protection: With all its activities, Simsal contributes directly to climate protection and is therefore legitimized to make CO2 compensation contributions.
- Farmers: They contribute their land and their work to the production and processing of food and renewable raw materials. In return, they receive 64% of the revenue generated from the sale of the high-quality products they produce.
- Investors: They finance the installation of the necessary means of production once. In return, they receive 11% of the turnover generated season after season. The investments are made in the regions and industrial sectors selected by the investors.
- Simsal: Their organizations provide construction, operation, training, quality assurance and sales along the entire value chain. In return, Simsal retains 23% of the turnover generated. 11% of the 23% remains in the regional companies, 11% goes to Simsal Group AG to secure and expand global operations in the long term
