On the introductory page, we agree with the participants of the simulation that your region has great economic potential and can play a significant role for the world if it is one of the first in the world to approach the future from a completely new angle: with the production of renewable resources and with circular economy.

Set own role: Participants register and log in to the simulation in the specific role they wish to perform and receive 200 SIMSAL free of charge as entry fee.

Define the goal of your commitment with just a few clicks:
As a farmer, e.g. cultivation of 15 ha of hemp for fruit, shives and insulation wool. As an entrepreneur, e.g. purchase of insulation wool for 10,000 fireproof insulation mats. As an investor, e.g. invest CHF 100,000 in agricultural machinery for semi-finished products made from hemp. |

The planned commitment is summarised to the participants:
- Expected effort (costs, conditions, time, work). - Expected return (harvests, sales, proceeds) - Expected impact on the environment --Contribution to climate protection --Employment created --Turnover in the region --Contribution to soil improvement, water cicle, ... |

If a participant agrees with the summary of the planned commitment, he/she explicitly confirms this by pressing the button "ENGAGE".
With this, the simulated engagement becomes real, i.e. the planned and committed contribution (engagement) is advertised for effective realisation on the platform. |

All those involved in the realisation of a project and those who are suitable for each other are connected to each other on the platform according to their roles and commitments. The project thus effectively enters the realisation phase with them.

From the first implementation step onwards, the cultivation of commercial hemp in particular will be recorded digitally without gaps: action, meteo, tools, soil conditions, growth progress, ...
Every project is transparent at all times, proof of production is complete, environmental impacts of all projects and crops are continuously reported: climate protection, soil remediation, economic development. These are perfect conditions for compensation payments, e.g. for CO2 reduction. |
